Human Reset Manual

If we want to change our life, we have to change our daily habits.

How we start is the most important part of the day.

Drink a glass of water.

Take a shower.

Meditate for 5-60 min (as much as you feel like).

Start your meditation with 5 deep breath inhales through your nose and exhale through your mouth. If you like, you can put on some meditation music and concentrate on your breathing.

Physical activities

10-60min of physical activities (as much you feel like). Start by moving your whole body from head to toe (circulate all body parts). Choose something you love (yoga, stretching, calisthenics workout, anything that gets your body moving).

A very important aspect is to be in charge of your thoughts, words and actions

Thoughts – we observe our thoughts and do not go in the direction of never ending stories.

Think about plans and actions, but do not give into thoughts about what others think about me, what is he or she thinking, etc.? If we want to know something, we ask.

Words – what we speak, what energy we put into words. Speak good. Tell the truth. Be honest (the energy we share, comes back to us)

Actions – we act not react, when something happens, we are aware of the process going on. Calmly and with a clear mind, we take action, never do bad things to others, know your boundaries, and the truth of love and forgiveness.

Sexual energy – make love with someone who you love and with whom it is pleasant to make love, talk about your feelings, do not rush, hold hands, hug, be together, continue with intimacy only when you feel safe.

Do not masturbate – let your sexual energy grow, and see how it multiplies

Work – find a job that you like, stop doing what you don’t like (it sounds simple, but you need courage to do it).

Bad habits – get rid of them, step by step.

Adopt good habits – more and more, like long walks, good thoughts, good words, help to others, know your boundaries, and say how you feel.

Prayer – prayer cleans the energy field around us, keeps us in touch with God, and helps to solve problems.

Diet – diet is a very important part of changes, eat well, less sugar, simple quality products, still water, less meat.

Evening – in the evening sit down for some moments before sleep, say thank you to yourself, and thank you to God, your parents and the loved ones around you. Feel what it is that you want to bring out before sleep.

These are guidelines for you to start living life differently. Feel free to add something.
